  • How do I make a reservation?

    You can book directly through our website by selecting your dates and property, or by contacting our reservations team via phone/email for personalized assistance.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We securely accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) and online payment methods like PayPal. Details are available on the final checkout page.

  • Is a deposit required to secure my booking?

    Yes, a non-refundable booking deposit (typically 20-30% of the total) is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due [X] days before check-in.

  • What is the security deposit for and when is it refunded?

    A refundable security deposit is required upon check-in to cover any potential damages or excessive cleaning. It is typically refunded within 7-10 working days after check-out, provided the property is left in good condition.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations made more than [X] days before check-in will receive a refund of the balance paid (excluding the initial non-refundable deposit). Cancellations within [X] days of check-in may incur a fee or forfeit the full amount. Please check the specific policy for your booking.

  • What is required for check-in?

    As per UAE regulations, all guests must provide a valid passport or Emirates ID upon arrival. You will be asked to share copies of these documents prior to check-in for government registration.

    Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM and standard check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur a charge.

  • Is Wi-Fi available, and is it included?

    Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is included in all our holiday homes. The network name and password will be provided upon check-in.

  • Do the properties have dedicated parking?

    All of our properties include one complimentary, dedicated parking space. Please confirm the parking availability when booking, especially for larger groups.

  • What happens if I have an issue during my stay?

    We offer 24/7 guest support for any emergencies or maintenance issues. You will be provided with a dedicated contact number upon arrival.

  • Are holiday homes a legal form of accommodation in Dubai?

    Yes, all our properties are fully licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DTCM) and operate in full compliance with local laws, ensuring a safe and legal stay.
