Disclaimer: We act only as a facilitator for booking and are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property or belongings suffered by the Guest during their stay, except where such damage is directly caused by our negligence.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and the federal laws of the UAE. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.
